A place where we serve and are served; where we become family and friends. Located inside the Movement Center.
Be a part of our community.
A place where dignity is restored through sustainable housing, gainful employment and faith community connections.
Be a part of transforming lives.
The Staff and Board of Directors of The Harvest Center of Charlotte are motivated to serve by Christ’s words in Matthew 25: "For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. If you’ve done it to the least of these, you’ve done it to Me."
The Harvest Center of Charlotte serves men, women, and children in the Charlotte area who are impacted by poverty, unemployment, and homelessness.
The Harvest Center of Charlotte has a three pronged approach to serving those in need. We ENGAGE our guests through hot meals and spiritual teaching; we RELATE to our guests through classes and community service referrals, and we TRANSFORM our clients through a six month comprehensive transitional housing program.

Many come to THC hoping to share their time, talent and resources. Experiences enable them to leave fulfilled, transformed and spiritually fed. Helping to transform the lives of those we serve, they find themselves being transformed as well.

Eighty-one cents of every dollar given to THC touches the lives of thousands of individuals in need right here in our city. Our faith-centered approach to social problems limits our ability to access funds that are provided through local foundations and charities.
The Harvest Center of Charlotte is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization.
