Isabella Pickett~ Director of Harvest Kitchen

Isabella is a native of Charlotte, N.C. She grew up in the Fairview Homes/Double Oaks Community where The Harvest Center was founded.

In 1998 she began volunteering with her childhood friend, Rosa Marion, who she had known since the third grade. Isabella had worked as a lab technician for Amicale/Woonsocket Spinning Company for 29 years, but in 2002 the Spirit of the Lord spoke to her and told her to join the Harvest Center team. She has worked faithfully in the ministry since she arrived.

Isabella is recognized as a source of strength and encouragement to our Harvest Center guests. Not only does she prepare all of the weekly meals, but she is truly a source of “spiritual nourishment.”
