CLT Passport Program

The Harvest Center CLT Passport Program is a biblical, value-based incentivized environment for non-chronic homeless families and individuals. Our goal is to walk alongside motivated people through a transformational journey.

The program includes assessments, creating goals with a Person-Centered Plan (PCP) or Family-Centered Plan (FCP), and meeting weekly with a Transformation Specialist.

In our 12 to 18 month program, participants overcome root causes and obstacles, learn new skills & habits, and break the cycle of non-chronic homelessness through God’s Grace and the Eight Dimensions of Wellness.

Testimonials

Melinda, Integrator

From the moment I connected with The Harvest Center, like others, I was hooked. It’s hard to explain until you experience it first-hand. The genuine desire of our transformation participants to make life changes, to the dedication of our staff and volunteers, to the powerful collection of knowledge from our Board of Advisors and Board of Directors. It’s amazing to see how God uses everyone’s talents to join forces to create a better community and we are constantly reminded of Matthew 19:26 “But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

Flint McNaughton, former Board Chair

The Harvest Center is all about loving thy neighbor and helping to provide hope to those whom have lost it. From First John, 3:17: “But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him?

Phil, Transformation Program Participant

The Harvest Center is a place of miracles. The only vision I had before was a life of alcoholism and poverty. My outlook on life was hopeless because I had destroyed most of my family relationships with my poor choices, but THC has become my physical and spiritual family. Now that I understand how God has been working in my life, I have been able to restore my broken family relationships, which is proof that miracles can happen.
