You are invited to be a part of our community 5k event on Saturday, May 18th! This fun run will take place in Brookhill Village located at 409 Basin Street. This event is for the whole family…little kids, big kids, runners, walkers, strollers, and everything in between! Well, except our fur babies (no dogs) and bicycles. If running is not your thing, come and join us for the community block party. Bring your family and your neighbors as we join together as a community to have fun and support others in need right here in Charlotte.
Forest Hill Church is partnering with us in this endeavor to raise funds to further our mission to “To create a community for individuals affected by homelessness, poverty, and unemployment to be empowered through our transitional programs and transformed by the love and ministry of Jesus Christ.”
This event is FREE to attend. No registration fees required. In fact, the first 125 registrants will get a FREE T-SHIRT! However, our goal is to reach $50,000 to help support this wonderful ministry.
