Terence Barber

Terence Barber serves as Partnership Director at The Harvest Center of Charlotte, building meaningful relationships that strengthen and expand the organization’s impact. A Charlotte native, Terence brings both local insight and a deep commitment to the community he serves.

A two time graduate of Virginia State University, Terence developed his passion for people through his work in public housing and later in domestic and sexual violence services. For the past six and a half years at The Harvest Center, he has helped connect individuals and partners to the mission in powerful and lasting ways.

He finds joy in seeing people discover their calling and begin walking confidently in their gifts. In his role, Terence is especially grateful for the opportunity to witness lives being transformed.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family, both biological and church, staying grounded in the relationships that matter most.
