The CLT Passport Program is a residential, holistic journey designed to help individuals overcome the root causes of situational homelessness and move toward lasting stability.

Participants live on campus for 12 to 18 months in a structured, supportive environment that fosters personal growth and long-term success.

Our program is a long-term, residential commitment designed for individuals who are ready to engage in a structured environment focused on personal growth and stability.
