Brookhill Village is being redeveloped by two primary partners. Griffin Brothers LLC is leading the redevelopment of approximately 30 acres of previously unused land. The Harvest Center is renovating existing housing units and developing nearly 10 additional acres, including a community center and
gymnasium.
Together, these efforts will transform roughly 40 acres to support both current residents and the community’s future growth.
