Nathaly Hatcher Ortiz

Nathaly Hatcher Ortiz serves at The Harvest Center of Charlotte with a passion for people and a strong eye for data and detail. Born in Panama City, Panama and raised in Mebane, North Carolina, she brings experience from both the medical and financial industries, where she developed the ability to connect with people from all walks of life while strengthening her technical and data management skills.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics, Nathaly joined The Harvest Center in May 2026. She finds joy in seeing the meaningful change that serving others can create in their lives and is grateful to work alongside people who share a commitment to creating positive change in the community.

Outside of work, Nathaly enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, learning about history, and creating art.
