Bryanna Menefee

Bryanna Menefee serves at The Harvest Center of Charlotte with a passion for helping individuals and families experience lasting transformation. Born in Martinsville, Virginia and raised in Roanoke, she developed her heart for service through her education at Virginia Tech and her experience as a Foster Care Social Worker and Eligibility Specialist with Mecklenburg County DSS.

Virginia Tech’s motto, “Ut Prosim,” meaning “That I May Serve,” has become a personal value that shapes how Bryanna approaches her work with purpose, compassion, and excellence. Since joining The Harvest Center in May 2026, she has found joy in seeing lives transformed and knowing that positive change can strengthen families for generations.

Bryanna is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the community and support individuals and families on their journey toward transformation. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, spending time with family, and connecting with her church life groups.
