Colin Pinkney

Colin Pinkney serves as CEO and Visionary of The Harvest Center of Charlotte, leading with a heart for people and a passion for transformation. Born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, his journey has been shaped by both service and vision.

Colin often reflects on his first job at McDonald’s during college, where he learned the value of serving people well and operating with excellence, lessons that continue to influence his leadership today. For the past 13 years, he has faithfully led The Harvest Center, helping to grow its impact across the community.

He finds great joy in serving others, especially in seeing how children are open to learning, growing, and exploring the world around them through play. In his role, Colin is deeply grateful for the generosity of donors who make the mission and ministry of The Harvest Center possible.

Outside of his work, Colin finds renewal in quiet moments, whether listening to jazz on his back deck, walking barefoot on the beach at sunrise, or taking a peaceful drive through Dilworth on a Sunday afternoon.
