Riandha Johnson

Riandha serves at The Harvest Center of Charlotte with a heart rooted in compassion and connection. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she brings both professional training and a deep sense of calling to her work.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and over 20 years of serving in ministry, Riandha has developed a passion for meeting people where they are and walking alongside them in their journey. For the past three and a half years at The Harvest Center, she has been committed to helping individuals feel seen, valued, and loved.

She is especially grateful for the opportunity to build meaningful connections with the people she serves each day. Outside of work, Riandha enjoys working out, visiting coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family, finding joy and renewal in community.
