Richard Griffith

Richard serves at The Harvest Center of Charlotte with a heart for leadership, service, and building strong systems that support people well. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada and raised in Dallas, Texas and Doyline, Louisiana, his journey has equipped him with a wide range of skills and experiences.

From co owning a technology business to leading teams in church operations, security, transportation, and logistics, Richard has developed a hands on and people centered approach to his work. His background also includes experience in technical services and restaurant management, where he learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence. For the past four years, he has faithfully served at The Harvest Center, using his gifts to strengthen the organization and those it serves.

Richard finds great joy in serving others and believes it is a calling on his life. He is grateful for the opportunity to do what he loves alongside a team committed to making a difference. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and five children, and winding down by playing computer games with his mom.
