Terrell McCrae

Terrell McCrae serves as Youth Development Specialist at The Harvest Center of Charlotte, where he is passionate about guiding and supporting the next generation. Born in Philadelphia and now rooted in Charlotte, Terrell has built his career in behavioral health with a focus on helping children, teens, and young adults grow emotionally and personally.

For the past six years, he has been a trusted mentor at The Harvest Center, connecting deeply with the youth and families he serves. His relatability and genuine care allow him to build meaningful relationships that inspire positive change.

Outside of his work, Terrell enjoys reading, playing NBA 2K, and working out, finding balance as he continues to serve and uplift his community with purpose and heart.
